Cala HQ is here: a simpler way for teams to manage time off in one place.

We created Cala because managing time off should not require a trail of messages, scattered calendars and spreadsheets that someone has to remember to update. Those small tasks add up, and it can be hard for everyone to know what has been requested, approved or planned.

Cala brings leave policies, time-off requests and team absences together, so employees can plan their time away and teams have a clearer view of who is off and when.

This is the beginning of Cala HQ. We will keep improving the experience and sharing updates here as the product grows.
